People come to TEC from all over
the Twin Cities and beyond.

What is TEC?

TEC stands for "To Encounter Christ". Twin Cities TEC is a Catholic ministry serving the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. TEC has retreats throughout the year specifically designed to help youth and adults grow in their faith and relationship with Christ. Click here for a retreat description.

When are the retreats?

The retreats are three days long and are held almost every month throughout the year. See schedule for dates.

Who should attend?

The retreat is open to everyone who is at least 16 years old or a junior in High School. Although the retreat is Catholic, all Christians are welcome to attend.

How do I sign up?

To register for a TEC weekend simply print the registration form.
